Client: VA Intake Form
The virtual job market has absolutely exploded since 2020. While this has been a great step in both disability justice as well as expanding to more remote markets, there is also a flood of people throwing spaghetti at walls to see if something sticks. When posting your assistant opening, you will likely get a lot of applicants brand new to the world of virtual assistance. While this is not a bad thing at all (the more, the merrier!), it means that if you are someone that is going to have stricter requirements you will want to have a system for sorting your candidates. I recommend having a very basic initial intake form that gives you plenty of information, but isn’t a heavy lift for the assistant to complete. After all, they are not working for you yet, and their time is valuable as well!
